Sylvan Post was once a Royal Mail Post Office serving the community of SE23 and beyond and is now a vibrant part of Forest Hill life. Located only a short distance from Forest Hill Station, its original assortment of 1960′s Post Office decor, vaults, stamp collection, and vintage charm makes the Sylvan Post a quirky yet traditional pub perfect for any social occasion.

About the Head Chef role
The ideal Head Chef will have a passion for cooking and preparing memorable dishes. Attention to detail and the ability to lead and develop a team is essential. You will be managing a small team, so a friendly demeanour and positive attitude is essential. Day to day operation of the kitchen.
You will report directly to the General Manager but work closely with the Executive Chef.
