Since 1999 this approach has been key to our becoming a leading London Independent, but we need fine folk to help us to continue the success story. The Albert is a charming and beautiful Victorian freehouse located on the borders of New Cross and Deptford, focused on friendly service, quality beer and honest food served from our open kitchen , with a seasonal menu that changes weekly.
About the Head Chef role
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate that they are highly creative, have a strong sense of leadership and can deliver a high quality product in a community led environment. You should have experience using fresh, seasonal, British produce, cooking from scratch and you need to be able to make an excellent burger as well as a fantastic Sunday roast.
