About the pub
Goldsmiths Arms is a charming, family orientated local focusing on quality beer, honest food and friendly service. Spread around a spacious open bar and seating area with a restaurant and family garden. The interior is inspired by Victorian décor and you can expect to find authentic mix of exposed brickwork, quirky trinkets, vintage wallpaper and stained glass.
We have a wide selection of real ales, draught and bottled beers as well as wines and spirits. With six hand pumps, we offer a variety of favourites from the likes of St Austell and Adnams breweries, as well as some local specials from Sam Brooks and Portobello Brewing Company.
Our kitchen serves modern British pub fare using fresh and local ingredients. With a variety of smaller sharing plates and hearty mains on offer as well as bar snacks at the weekend, there is plenty to choose from! On Sundays you can expect traditional Sunday roasts with all the trimmings.
About the Sous Chef role
Antic London have an exciting opportunity for talented Sous Chef to join our team to work with fresh and seasonal produce, and alongside our accomplished Head Chefs.
You will also get an exciting opportunity to join our Sous Chef Development Program with a view of becoming a HEAD CHEF at one of our pubs in the future.
As Sous Chef you will get to cook seasonal fresh food, develop a high-quality menu whilst controlling costs. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
