About the pub
With an emphasis on quality beer, good food and friendly service, The Gregorian is a cosy local where one can relax and while away the hours.
Prop up the bar and choose your tipple from a selection of local and regional beers, fine wines and spirits. For beer lovers, our bar serves a selection of rotational real ales and international bottled brews.
Our kitchen serves fresh modern British pub fare. The menu includes a variety of seasonal starters, hearty main dishes, sides and desserts. On Sundays we serve traditional Sunday roasts with all the trimmings.
Our décor is a charming mix of shabby chic furnishings, cosy banquette seating, vintage wallpapers, Chandelier lighting and quirky trinkets. We have two spacious function rooms, perfect for private hire and party bookings. To find our more, please speak to a friendly face behind the bar.
Hanging baskets and planters surround the beer garden, which is a perfect spot to settle down for the day with a glass of Pimms or you can cheer on London Marathon participants in April.
About the Sous Chef role
You will also get an exciting opportunity to join our Sous Chef Development Program with a view of becoming a HEAD CHEF at one of our pubs in the future.
As Sous Chef you will get to cook seasonal fresh food, develop a high-quality menu whilst controlling costs. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following;
You will report directly to the Head Chef but work closely with the General Manager.
